AL-ISRĀʾ WA-AL-MIʿRĀJ The Night Journey And Ascension Of The Prophet
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَىٰ بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلًا مِّنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى الَّذِي بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ لِنُرِيَهُ مِنْ آيَاتِنَا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ
"Glorified (and Exalted) be He (Allah) Who took His slave (Muhammad salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) for a journey by night from Al-Masjid-al-Haram to the farthest mosque (in Jerusalem), the neighborhood whereof We have blessed, in order that We might show him (Muhammad salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) of Our Ayat. Verily, He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer." [Surah al-Isra 17:1
